WARRANTY

Each Explorer Marine RIB is warranted from the date of sale. In addition the warranty provided by the engine and equipment manufacturers is passed onto the customer - and is further transferable to future customers. Most engines now come with a two year warranty - Evinrude provide a THREE YEAR warranty and Honda offer a FIVE year warranty.

The terms of the warranty are very straightforward and are set out below for your information:

This boat is Warranted for a period of THREE years from the date of sale.

Explorer Marine will repair or replace any item suffering from manufacturing defect or failure provided that the boat has been used in accordance with the design category under which it was sold and for the purpose for which it was designed.

This warranty does not cover ageing, weathering, or gradual degradation, or damage caused by impact or abuse.

The customer must return the boat to the factory, at the customer's expense, for warranty work to be carried out.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
